- Our Returns Policy for Curvique Vintage
- We understand that buying clothing online can be a daunting process.
Sizes are so different for each brand. You may be a size 12 (AU), then a Size 10 in uk sizing.
So please contact us for extra measurements if needed before you purchase. We want your experience with us to be hassle free and pleasant!
Of course, we will accept your return if you have picked the wrong size, and will gladly send you another size option.
- Store credits are also an option if you cannot find anything you like online. We are always getting new stock in.
- You will be refunded the item LESS the shipping cost.
- Another option if you cannot find something you like, would be a store credit.
No refunds are given for sale items, so please choose carefully (unless item is faulty)
- Refunds will be given if the product is faulty, or not as described. If this is the case, then Curvique Vintage will gladly pay the postage for the return
- Cost of postage to return and exchange for a different size or product would be the responsibility of the purchaser
- I have found with vintage/retro clothing from the US and UK, that they tend to be slightly smaller than Australian sizing, so please go up a size if you are not sure
- To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned to Curvique Vintage in original condition including original tags still attached, unworn and unwashed within 30 days of purchase
